George VI - Half Cent
A definitive Ceylon decimal currency Half cent copper coin. Was demonetized when the Ceylon coinage orders from 1892 to 1919 were revoked on 1941 August 1st, effective 1941 September 1st.

Reverse : A Talipot palm in the center. Left Sinhala ½ satheyer; Right Tamil @ Satam. CEYLON . HALF . CENT and year below along periphery.
